3 Prime Time That You Should Know When You Are In Diet!

1. You should have your breakfast before 9 a.m.
This is because the metabolism in your body turns out to be fast in this period of time.
2. Avoid eating high sugar fruits at night
Eating these fruits at night will easily gain weight. So, you should avoid eating them at night. For example, durian, mango and etc.
3. Have your dinner before 7 p.m.
It is best to have dinner 3 hours before your bedtime. You should choose food that are high in fibers and proteins.
